Cardinal Computer Care has produced this privacy statement to show its commitment to protecting, not only its customers’ privacy, but also that of everyone the company deals with.

We do NOT share, sell, rent, or lend your information to any other party.

 

Any information we collect or hold about a company, our customers or any individual is used solely in our dealings with that company, customer or individual. Only information required by us to carry out our business commitments in an efficient and professional manner is held.

 

Any information we hold about any of the companies, customers or any individuals we have dealings with is held on a computer protected by an appropriate Internet firewall security solution. Backups are held outside of the computer on a hard drive using file encryption techniques in order to protect your information.

 

When assisting our customers using our Remote Support service, a small Applet (a piece of code) is installed on your computer. This allows the Remote Support system to function and to connect with your computer. No personal information is collected. No connection to your computer can be made without first you authorising it by means of the Applet.

 

Cookies are pieces of data created when you visit a website, which are stored on your computer and are not deleted at the end of the session. Cookies are not used to collect any personal information.
